I'd just like to say that they should have more of a feeling to WANT to go to the police the same as going to their own friend just to TALK because the police WANT Listen Anytime about Anything. A feeling like it's good to talk to them instead of being Scared of Authority. Becoming Friends knowing that they're only a Call away. It helped me feel better knowing I had a friend to Call even if I had no Friends.
