EA sports responds to random youtube video from Levinator25 reporting a glitch in the game with this ad. It’s probably all orchestrated via w+k (from glitch to response), but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t clever.

I actually believe that it was a real glitch in the game, a real consumers youtube video, and that this is one fantastic response from W+K to use it this way. Am I naive?
