Fun story about a bloke named Colin Hughes. IT employee, husband, dad and collector. He, like really collects them, and is unabashedly geeky about it. He's got over 1,200 scalextric cars. I love this guy. Great story and great way to sell a self-storage spot, under the campaign banner "Stuff is great." Also, he has a cool wife who gets him a wedding present of his favorite passion. That's a marriage that will last.
