If they really wanted to make an anti-smoking ad they should have said "this used to be a man" instead of "smoking causes premature ageing." That would be funnier and a lot more effective too.

A whole other topic, but why do anti-smoking and anti-drug ads always insist on insulting the intelligence of their target audience?
