To celebrate the Heineken City Special edition's arrival in Tel-Aviv, Allenby Concept House created a pop up restaurant in the form of a sous-vide deli by Israeli celebrity chef Zoonder. From the looks of it, there was some serious molecular gastronomy going on here. I would have loved to have tried any and all of it.
