Barbro Margareta Svensson (9 March 1938 – 3 April 2018), known by her stage name Lill-Babs, was a Swedish singer, actress, and television host, and she was always very popular among "the common man." Here she is telling the entire population of Sweden that it's a great idea to eat more fruit, to get vitamins!
"Ät färsk frukt, gott i alla former" means "eat fresh fruit, good in all sorts of ways", but is also a pun as "former" could be the baking form.
