Rogue director Phil Traill has recently directed a new campaign for Carling through Beattie McGuinness Bungay. It is their first work for the brand since winning the account. In this ad, the scourge of "warm beer" is to blame for all the catastrophes of the world. The advertisement features a montage of devastation, and then a square-jawed hero (an uncanny likeness to B-movie legend Bruce Campbell) expresses his dismay at his tepid beverage, clearly marking it as the root of all evil.
