Oh look, it's Tim Cook in an Usher shirt.
A star-studded, seven-minute short film was created by Apple Music to promote the Super Bowl Halftime Show, which features Usher. In the film, Ludacris, Taraji P. Henson, Lil Jon, Criss Angel, Anderson .Paak, Wesley Snipes, J Balvin, and an assorted crew of other characters scour Las Vegas looking for Usher after he goes "missing."
The film, directed by David Gordon Green, plays out like a "Hangover" style adventure, with an amusing subplot involving the Blue Man Group, who are attempting to replace Usher on the big day.
The film features many of Usher's hit tracks, including "U Got It Bad," "Confessions Part II," "Confessions (Interlude)," "Climax," "Bad Girl," "Good Good," "U Make Me Wanna," "Nice & Slow," "Can U Help Me," "Burn," and "Yeah!" as well as Usher's remix of JungKook's "Standing Next to You," David Guetta's "Without You," and J Balvin's "Dientes," on which Usher is a featured singer.
The film will be available on Apple's channels, and there is no paid media buy behind it.
