Following in Wieden + Kennedy's footsteps, digital agency Dare is launching a graduate recruitment programme to address the skills shortage affecting the industry.
Dare School is looking for the "ten hottest young minds who would like to start a career in interactive advertising", including designers, animators, illustrators, motion graphic artists, 3D artists and coders.
The benefit of Dare over W+K's 12, is that those who participate not only get a year of on-the-job training but they also get a full salary. No word if that includes benefits or not.
FULL salary? Dream come true mate. Jump on it.
