In the process of Nikki applying sparkling glitter, the ad takes a sudden turn and it is as if the entire room gets rear-ended by a car behind Nikki.
The message from VW is to not apply makeup while driving. Please don't makeup and drive. Especially not the time-consuming kind of drag queen-esque near stage makeup that Nikki does.
