Vroom's campaign has always focused on their USP which is that you don't have to visit a used car dealership. In this super bowl ad the dealership is depicted as some sort of horror story where the dealer literally tortures you until you buy a car. It does kind of feel that way sometimes.

I like the Vroom campaign in general but don't feel like this was the best one. I prefer the laughing clowns ad.
