PETA's new poster campaign: Meat messes up your sex life

PETA - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals - have hired an ad agency. Shocking, yes, so here's a print campaign created by Y&R New York. It focuses on awkward bedroom moments, with a humouristic twist, and what we see is the aftermath of erectile dysfunction. The claim is that the animals (eaten) are the cause of said issue.

PETA cites research that men who regularly eat meat, any meat from poultry to pigs, are more prone to erectile dysfunction than those who stick to a vegan lifestyle.
Hence the tag “Meat Interrupts Your Sex Life.” And with this PETA hopes to convince a generation of men to not eat meat, because sex is better than food, when done right. At least 40% of men in their forties have had experience with ED, and meat-heavy diet affects blood flow. Including to where it counts. This is well known in the medical community, so if this poster campaign doesn't turn you instant vegan, it may actually make some men cut back on the meat which is at least a partial win. I never thought I'd see the day when a PETA ad actually had a sound strategy. I'll be ice-skating in hell this afternoon if you need me.
