If you're feeling a bit badlandery looking at all these "orgasm portraits" for Lars von Triers latest movie called Nymphomaniac, it's because you've seen it before. We've seen the "orgasm portrait" done.
So when Uma Thurman, Shia LaBeouf, Christian Slater, Jamie Bell, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and Stellan Skarsgård, among others, are photographed mid-orgasm, it's simply part of a series of movie posters for the film, and it's frankly hard to tell if these are real orgasms or not.
The film itself will be released in a softcore version as well as a more graphic one, and as reported on digital news the stars are above the waist digitally manipulated with the body doubles below the waist. Because there will be unsimulated sex scenes in this film.
