Even if I did see where this was heading by the time she punned about the "short leash", I have never wanted a fictional film to be a real rom-com as badly as I wish this was a real film. That is one exceptionally handsome Dachshund, and all of the dog breed puns make this so joyfully ridiculous that it keeps bringing the laughs. This advert is currently airing in cinemas, the perfect placement where viewers can believe it's a real rom-com trailer for a few beats.

All of the actors really well cast and dressed for their rom-com parts. There is always an auntie with bold colorful glasses somewhere in these types of films.
