I have no idea why The Kia Hamsters are playing was it widely associated with the brutally dark southern thriller Deliverance, or why the song keeps growing across all genres going from Nathaniel Rateliff to a sitar player, but happiness aplenty aside all I can think of when I heard that song is the creepy dueling banjo scene and the scene where the hillbilly rapes Ned Beatty and makes him squeal like a pig, so yeah..mighta chosen a different song there.
