HSBC adds to the current sex and abuse debate in Argentine - hashtag #NoSignificaNo - by installing a cash machine that won't take no for an answer. People attempting to use the machine grow ever more frustrated as it simply won't give them anything without the customer first allowing the third degree of what they will do with this money they want to withdraw.
