Britney Spears netted a cool $500,000 for product placement in her latest video.

Depicted above miming "suckahs!" Britney Spears reportedly netted a cool $500,000 for the the insane amount of product placement in her latest video, "Hold it against me", directed by Jonas Åkerlund.

The site Plentyoffish.com which was featured in the video reported an increase in traffic by 20%, Make Up Forever hasn't commented, but if that's their lip gloss in the shot above it doesn't look good. Sony products are all over the place, which isn't surprising since Britney is Sony Music's caged dancing bear. Britney's own brand of perfume - Radiance - is also featured in the video.

Director Jonas Åkerlund isn't unfamiliar with product placement in videos, it was practically a running gag in Lady Gaga's "Telephone" which he also directed.
