Baby Got Back...again. This time for Butterfinger.

Sir Mix-a-Lot is back baby. Yes, that's right. The one-hit wonder of 1992 is being featured in a new campaign for Butterfinger.

The campaign features Charisma Carpenter (of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer") and Erik Estrada (of "CHiPs"), and Lou Ferrigno. In the spot below, you can watch them dance to a parody of the hit 1990s rap song "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-A-Lot, who is also featured.

Everything drives to a microsite Butterfinger Defense League where you can "train" with these F-list celebrities to learn how to guard your "coveted Butterfinger from those pesky Butterfinger snatchers".

I have to wonder why brands keep using this song. Last year Burger King used it for a Sponge Bob promotion. In 2005, Target used a version of the song to advertise back-to-school. Good for Sir I guess. At least he's getting more than his 15 minutes of fame. Although it's a shame the agency couldn't think of another funky 80s/90s tune to spoof on.
