Walmart brings back “Office Space” so that you won't have a case of the Mondays.

Say hello to all your friends from “Office Space”, the movie. It may have not been a cinema hit, but it did get a large cult following that happily watch it over again and refer back to the character's phrases that have become memes in themselves. References to how much flair one should have or "my stapler" and "TPS" reports are running jokes now. Walmart has revived the office, complete with Michael Bolton - the other one! - Diedrich Bader as super chill Lawrence, Gary Cole as Bill Lumbergh and Ajay Naidu as Samir "notgonnaworkwhereanymore" Nagheenanajar. 
Kinna McInroe is back as chirpy "just a mo-ment" Nina, and our new temp is the driving force in what Walmart wants to communicate here “a case of the Mondays” doesn't have to be bad now that Walmart has black Friday sales on Mondays. This ad is the first of a series that brings us back in to The Office universe, while showing us what's on sale that day. Maybe even a stapler? The best part is that the background music is the Geto Boys’ “Damn It Feels Good to Be a Gangsta,” which was a prominent song in the film.
