These ads prominently featured photos and videos from Ludwig's time playing basketball, where he towered over and was significantly older than the female players.
Ludwig's image also surfaced in this Trump campaign ad, showing him playing alongside college-aged women, interspaced with interviews where Harris defines her positions on trans issues, such as funding sex-changes for prisoners. This has thrust Ludwig back into the public eye, leading to considerations of legal action against the Trump campaign and the Senate Leadership Fund for using his image without permission.
