Wildfires destroyed 10 million square meters of forest in the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park in Georgia this year. For a country with a severe air pollution problem, the impact of this damage is enormous - but creative agency Leavingstone had a plan to show people there was hope. The agency created a disturbing sight by exhibiting burned and charred trees next to the traditionally perfect seasonal trees at the hugely popular annual Christmas fair in the centre of capital Tbilisi. There's also a website Merry Treesmas that gives more information on how you can plant a tree.
Love this idea and also, this is the first advertising we've received from Georgia. We'll have add your country now. Welcome!
