"Childhood in reverse" was created by Martin Stirling for The Syrian Campaign to draw attention to the horrors civilians endure in Syria.
The majority of civilian deaths can be attributed to "barrel bombs" - oil drums filled with explosives, chemical weapons, rusty nails dropped from Syrian regime helicopters onto populated areas. The same area is often hit twice, to ensure those coming to rescue the victims are also killed.
It's dramatic and so hard to watch.
The situation in Syria is currently in freefall. As a spokeperson for The Syrian Campaign says: "While ISIS have seized headlines, there is one story not making the news : the horror endured by ordinary Syrians on a daily basis. Every day, this is happening. With the death toll close to 200,000 Syria is now the most dangerous place in the world. Just yesterday, more than 100 people were killed as bombs reigned down on markets, schools and homes."
