Nice bit of VFX trickery as we follow a woman from a young age in the 1970 or early 80s till now. Nice little touches show the passage of time, like the cabinets being updated, the wallpaper coming off, the wall-mounted (and I assume rotary) phone becoming cordless, the TV becoming different, etc. Visually a fun spot for a simple message-- milk is always good no matter what your age.
