Though it's been done many times before by Blair Witch, Diesel, Lee and Energizer, Steven Spielberg is using spoof sites to promote his sure-to-be summer sci-fi blockbuster, "A.I."
The title stands for Artificial Intelligence, which is the degree of marketing genius required to press this once unique gimmick into service. However, according to this NY Post article, it seems to be successfully reaching its target audience of geeks with too much time on their hands.
