Back in February, Salesgenie CEO Vin Gupta took a beating for creating Super Bowl ads that were perceived to be racist. He pulled the Panda ad even though he didn’t think there was anything wrong with it. Now, in defiance to all the ad critics, he’s re-airing the spot with some creative editing.
The Pandas are now speaking Cantonese. I can understand if his customers are Asians, but the ad is airing on regular cable channels.
