Pluto TV will make its debut in the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 11. The ad was created by HAYMAKER the LA-based agency who are no strangers to the Superbowl stage, and shot by award-winning director Stacy Wall of Imperial Woodpecker Productions, the spot takes viewers somewhere between Idaho and a dream
The ad takes viewers on a journey to Pluto TV Country, a place that raises the world’s best couch potatoes. The narrator explains that the best content is available on Pluto TV, which offers thousands of shows for free.
Throughout the spot, the Pluto TV-grown couch potatoes express their favorite types of content, showcasing the platform’s range. For instance, one person declares: “I love romance, but I also love murder. I like romantic murders.” Meanwhile, another explains: “I like anything where a hot person throws a glass of wine at another hot person.”
