Kevin Roxas Balot was born on 1991 in Matatalaib, Philippines. In 2012, Kevin joined Miss International Queen, the world's biggest beauty pageant for transgender women. Kevin ended up winning the competition, despite being only the second choice to represent the country. Kevin is one of thirteen ambassadors for Pantene's #Strongernow campaign in the Philippines.
