Ocean launches the UK’s first DOOH roadside site in Bristol

Ocean launches the UK’s first digital out of home screen in Bristol this week. The Great Western Link is a dual sided screen linking the key south west cities of Bristol and Bath.

The giant landscape screens, which measure 45 square metres, attract an average fortnightly audience of 596,863, which is 40% bigger than the population of Bristol.

The screen is the first major super premium location in Bristol, allowing advertisers to engage with an affluent AB audience in the economic capital of the South West. TSB are the launch advertiser.

Ocean marketing director Richard Malton said: “The addition of Bristol to Ocean’s portfolio is another step in the progressive roll out of DOOH across the UK.

“Our screen delivers everything advertisers expect from an Ocean site; an iconic location, innovative design, the very best technology and above all a premium audience.”

Ocean’s super premium out of home portfolio includes six other UK cities: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, and Liverpool.

Growing demand from advertisers for premium out of home space will continue to see the roll out of further large format digital sites and, continued investment in the integration of new technology with existing Ocean locations.
