Award-winning, independent creative agency Mother announced today that international brand and youth culture executive, Peter Ravailhe, will be joining the New York office as the Chief Executive Officer and Partner effective November 2nd.
Ravailhe was most recently Managing Director and Global Brand Leader at TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, one of the United State’s storied creative agencies, where he won and led major global accounts such as Gatorade, AirBnB, Netflix, and Disney.

He is a team player and knows how to lead and win business. This is an important role for him, and for Mother and our ambitions in the U.S.,” said Michael Wall, Mother Global CEO.
Alongside Wall and the Mother New York partners, Ravailhe will be dedicated to leading Mother’s impressive client roster with culture-backed campaigns and communications.

An ex-professional rugby player, Ravailhe began his marketing career on the brand side in London, working with Virgin on the development of their health and wellbeing offering, Virgin Active. Peter then worked at adidas as the Head of World Cup and Team Sports Marketing and Communication for France, later becoming a lead for Strategic Planning and Go To Market Strategy globally based out of Amsterdam. Peter with a group of partners went on to build a boutique sports & luxury innovation consultancy firm– VT-3 Group, where he acted as Managing Partner. At VT-3, Ravailhe offered innovation strategies and integrated marketing approaches for renowned clients such as Under Armour, The Coca-Cola Company, Kering, and NZRU. In 2012, Peter joined TBWA\ Sports\Lab in São Paulo as a Managing Director, later moving to the agency’s Chiat\Day Los Angeles offices as a Managing Director and Global Brand Leader where he generated new lines of revenue, developed integrated campaigns and award winning work by leading major accounts such as Gatorade, AirBnB, and Netflix globally.
