Clio Hall of Fame Creative Director Harry Webber has been tapped by ace Hollywood Journalist and Movie Critic Jeffrey Wells to write a twice-weekly rant column on the declining influence of Madison Avenue on the level of creativity in advertising.
The column is here at MadisonAveNew.com
Conversely, the column will look into the explosive growth of Branded Entertainment and the growing influence of Hollywood visionaries and tastemakers on advertising in traditional and non-traditional media.
Mr. Webber is famous for such landmark campaigns as "I'm Stuck On Band-Aid Brand", "A Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste," "Chow, Chow, Chow," "Thanks, I Needed That" and many more.
For the past two years, Harry has been working in partnership with "Matrix" Producer Dan Cracchiolo to launch the branded entertainment consultancy firm BrandedFilm in Hollywood. BrandedFilm is currently developing a slate of reality-based television shows for the producers of "Survivor," "The Restaurant" and "Casino."
