I hate this ad.
It makes no sense to me, to try and shill teenage bland outfits as if they were not, leaning on a movie that was a teen hit in 1985! Teenagers parents might remember this flick (and by this I assume, they got knocked up when they were quite young). Also, where the hell is the proto-goth girl who only wears black?
The funniest thing is though, that the loudest complainers (me included) are the one who are old enough to remember when the film was in theaters, and presumably old enough to have teenage kids. Lets ask someone born in 1994 what they think about it.
