Multi-hyphenate creative production studio LOBO, recognized for its innovative work in animation, design, and mixed media, proudly announces the promotion of Su Constantine to the role of Executive Producer.
Constantine has been an integral part of the LOBO family for over 8 years, and her journey with the studio exemplifies a commitment to excellence, creativity and leadership. Introduced in 2016 by friend, animation director Fabiano Broki, Constantine was drawn to LOBO’s vibrant and collaborative culture, and was captivated by the opportunity to embark on new professional challenges and immerse herself in a community full of talented individuals. Throughout her tenure with LOBO, Constantine has had the opportunity to work with notable brands and agencies such as LG, Coca-Cola, Toyota, McDonald’s, American Lung Association, BBDO, TBWA Chiat Day, Yellow Stones, Havas and Hill Holliday, to name a few.
Previously, Constantine held the role of new business/senior producer, and account manager/producer prior. She has always been inspired by the studio’s dynamic environment that allows her to explore the intricacies of the various mediums LOBO excels in. As Executive Producer, Constantine will take on a multifaceted set of responsibilities crucial to the success and growth of the studio. Her day-to-day role will involve comprehensive oversight of projects, meticulous management from award to completion, ensuring seamless operations, and adherence to strict timelines. She will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding LOBO’s talented team of producers, fostering and building a collaborative and efficient environment.
Beyond the above mentioned, Constantine’s role will encompass active engagement in business development initiatives. In collaboration with Managing Partner NY Luis Ribeiro and the leadership team, Constantine aims to play a pivotal role in steering the company towards new heights on both national and international scales.
Constantine expanded about her ever-evolving partnership with LOBO, citing, “Working at LOBO has given me the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most forward-thinking brands and clients in the industry. As EP, my goal is to contribute to the continued growth and success of the company by strategically expanding our client base and diversifying our portfolio.”
Reflecting on her transformative years at LOBO, Constantine highlights how her experiences have shaped her approach to work and prepared her for the EP role. Her adaptability, operational efficiency amid challenges, remote team management skills, and strategic thinking have been honed in the ever-evolving industry landscape.
Ribeiro furthered, “Su embodies all the requisite qualities I sought in an executive producer. Her adeptness at understanding and navigating our clients’ stringent deadlines is an invaluable asset to our operational efficiency. Su’s professionalism aligns seamlessly with LOBO’s overarching ideology and meticulous business processes.”
This news comes on the heels of LOBO’s highly talked about work that includes a claymation sustainability campaign for LG in collaboration with TBWA/Chiat/Day, NY, an AI-charged opening for the 2023 Ciclope Festival, and a Van Gogh-esque advertising campaign for multinational software company SAP.
