Mighty Director Phil Brown recently completed a five-spot campaign for First National Bank, emphasizing the company's Omaha roots and regional pride. Shot in a natural, homespun style, the spots offer a panoramic view of all things Omaha, emphasizing the extent to which the bank has enmeshed itself into the community.
Heartbeat is a wide-ranging montage of Omaha, panning across the city skyline, a local butcher, a firehouse, a theater, a little league game, and much more. A narrator complements the scenery: "Listen closely," it says, "and you will hear the heartbeat of a great city - history, culture, ambition. ... This is Omaha, and we're proud to be born and raised here."
"Our goal was to really capture the essence of Omaha, and for that, we had to spend some time in the city," noted Brown. "The entire crew had a great time, absorbing the passion of a great city so that it shined through in the campaign.
