Fentanyl is used to cut heroin cocaine and Xanax, is lethal. It is so strong, drug traffickers who use it to cut their pure drugs wear masks so they don't inhale it. It is fifty times more deadly than the aforementioned drugs. What happens to the unsuspecting partiers out there who end up with drugs cut with Fentanyl? They get to wear a mask, too. 46% more people in New York have died from overdoses thanks to Fentanyl. Pretty effective ad.
However, between the ringing-ear sounds and the VO that sounds like its coming from a phone, the sound design is atrocious.
