Dodge Challenger - Freedom Battle (2010) :60 (USA)

They're marching and on horseback, the english flying the regimental colour 1777 green flag with the union jack in the corner. They're determined, they're tenacious, they suddenly get a message from a lookout soldier. This seems to not be good news, what will they meet?

Oh. George Washington driving a Dodge Challenger of course.

It's difficult to explain how this encompasses american badass in words which is why W+K wisely let a dude in a wig drive it through the battlefield with glee set to sad violin music instead. What a perfectly patriotic image without taking itself too seriously. Now Dodge implanted "heritage" and "history" in your brand association, without losing sight of "fun" and "irreverent". "There are a couple of things America got right - cars, and freedom" says the VO at the end as our Washington-wigged lookalike proudly poses with his Dodge. Funny stuff guys, I love it.
