This ad certainly paints a bleak picture of the forgotten art of customer service in many distinct disciplines. In no way does it address how DHL will deliver service to exceed expectations in any way. For me it is way too subtle to be very effective. None of the examples of poor customer service even address any of the typical scenarios when dealing with a shipping company.
