A check or a fish? Depends on how you see it.

Another set on our little list of twin logos. One mans cheap printing is another mans shopping center located at the harbour where the fish mongers used to be. Just proof that when you simplify things enough, it could be anything really. ;)

Previus logo mishaps: Xerox vs Logoworks, Quark and the scottish art council, Hampel Global Toilets and Hyregästföreningen, The EU presidency vs Bruges Group.

Ah that's just the bouncing ball swoosh, one variant of the biggest plague to hit logos since, well, ever.

There used to be a museum of swoosh logos from the 1990s, but now it's down. All I can find is this article:

thestreet.com/tech/internet/986150.html

That collects a bunch, with comments.

Ah yes, thanks Brandon! I remembered that museum of swoosh logos site but I couldn't find it and thought it was totally dead and buried. God bless the waybackmachine!

Any logo designer pitching a checkmark as part of a logo is obviously devoid of any talent.
