aha, look at the group leader of the angry group. lol
I am soooo sorry that your heart full of self-righteousness has been hurt in such a horrible way. LMAO
You can always pick up the tiny problems and deliberately missing out the key points and the whole picture. Analogy does not necessarily mean that you need to provide the 100% precise counterparts in order to make it valid. In this case the analogy can be:
Legitimate policing activities in China --- labelled/implicated as anti human rights
Legitimate policing activities in Sweden --- labelled/implicated as anti human rights
Whether or not a practice is doesn't matter at all since the key thing is those activities are legitimate. I hope that you can understand this time.
Well, it looks like you are the one who is angry right now. LOL Maybe we can include Dabitch into the angry group you set up?
No one said that couple of press can indoctrinate an entire countries youth. I may have to quote what Dabitch said before: "I'm beginning to get really concerned about everyones reading comprehension skills." It may or may not affect most youth in Sweden, but based on current information the only conclusion is a question mark of how great the scale is.
I am sorry to point out that your comment has some key flaws in logic. Have you ever heard a word called representativeness? Couple of press we observed may provide a much bigger picture for us. What if others are doing the same thing or share the same ideas that we don’t know? You can never say that couple of press is not significant in any case without a clear understanding of the representativeness. Red Cross, as a reputable organisation, definitely increases the likelihood of its representativeness amongst presses in Sweden.
Now, we can put the question of the representativeness of the Swedish Youth Red Cross aside and focus on the bigger and fundamental one: Doing such a campaign is right or wrong? And then, we need to figure out how to deal with it. In this case, I think most of us understand what Swedish Youth Red Cross has done is wrong and unacceptable. It's wrong, and then corrects it. Simple as that. Making mistakes is not horrible at all, the willingness of making it right is key. Some people, however, showed their arrogance and ignorance while discussing the issue, which is regrettable.
To DAbitch,
Let me make it easy for you to understand since it's quite clear that you are not good at using your brain.
Without the consent from the client, this time the AI, the adverts cannot be submitted to the Cannes for evaluation.
Clearly, TBWA got the consent from the AI. After winning the award and attracting attentions from general public in China, AI suddenly claims that it 'disowned' the ads but it did not argue about the previous consent to TBWA at all. Also, it mentioned about "dissemination" on the web but never said a word regarding publishing the ads in the Cannes.
To me, it is not hard to figure out what happened: AI was very happy with the ads and decided to give the consent to TBWA for the award. After observing the damage of its image due to the reaction from China, AI decided to 'back-off' and leave TBWA to take all the blame. TBWA clearly realised the problem and pointed out that only an account manager in Paris is the one to blame. The whole thing is laughable. AI and TBWA were playing ball-games, kicking the responsibility to others. At the end of the day, however, a pretty unlucky account manager has to been scarified.
End of the story.
Oh, the campaign from the Swedish Youth Red Cross also used pictures taken in China duing an anti-trafikking practice, right?
I'm beginning to get really concerned about people's capability of thinking. LOL
This is a nice analogy.
Let's see how a misleading campaign can be created:
Totally agree with nonothing.
The whole campaign is providing nothing but biased information to young people in Sweden. The outcome is quite predictable: the hatred against China will be put into those young people's minds.
Apparently, the seven principals of the Red Cross have been deliberately ignored by the Swedish Youth Red Cross. They simply scarified the impartiality and neutrality in order to prompt their biased ideas of humanity. it concerns me that the potential harm they have done on those innocent young kids in Sweden.
AI does not need to worry about its singals sent to China being considered as "too nagative" since it has no credibility or whatsoever amongst Chinese people. Hence, no one in China would pay the least attention on its co called campaign.
We've heard and seen enough from the AI and now it's the time to say "fXXk off, Amnesty"
