Advertising agency WDCW has hired new Associate Planning Director Victor Acosta. A creative brand strategist, Acosta joins the agency’s Los Angeles office with nearly 10 years of research and account planning experience.
Prior to joining WDCW, Acosta was a Senior Strategic Planner at David&Goliath where he was the lead integrated strategist for high profile clients, including Universal Studios Hollywood, Monte Carlo Las Vegas and The Art Institutes. In addition, he spearheaded all Hispanic initiatives for the agency.
Acosta has a diverse portfolio of advertising experience with a strong background in multicultural consumer segments. He held key roles at McCann Erickson, Grupo Gallegos and Zimmerman and helped develop and lead communication strategies for Nissan, Dodge, the United States Army and Xfinity. He is an expert at recognizing emerging trends and consumer patterns and has a specialized focus on Hispanic, youth and millennial audiences. As an Associate Planning Director at WDCW, Acosta will use his creative experience and expertise in multicultural consumer segments to develop effective strategies for clients across core verticals.
