A man is ice-fishing while sitting on a traditional "spark", a kicksled, when suddenly he gets a bite, by a fish that so eager that it pulls him into the frozen waters. "All accidents can't be avoided but we prevent many" is the tagline.
Trivia: we had to learn how to pull ourselves out of this type of situation in school. Was a very exciting day as we had hot cocoa after.
