Cut + Run Editor Eve Ashwell recently collaborated with Partizan director Alastair Siddons (Turn It Loose) on a piece commissioned by David Redvers and the Bloodstock Marketing Office to promote horse-racing and the Yearling Bonus Scheme. Racing Post "Yearling Bonus" aims to stimulate the entire cycle of the industry through bolstering prize-money available to horses purchased at auction.

Alastair Siddons' beautifully shot film showcases striking footage of majestic racehorses and features interviews with Judi Dench, James Nesbitt, Ronan Keating, Mikey Holding, Frankie Dettori and Michael Owen who speak about both their passion for the sport and the horses.

"It was the first time I've worked with Alistair and I enjoyed it immensely," comments Eve Ashwell. "He shot such beautiful footage of the horses, so the main challenge when cutting was trying to keep it to length as I wanted to include everything in it!"

The film will air on the Racing Channel and Channel 4 in the UK.
