Olympus distorted dog - the campaign continues

Not pulled by the client yet, the Olympus campaign that gave us the red eyed baby film that we showed you May 31 has another film and site in the series: Distorteddog.com.

The client hasn't yanked the film yet - but one never knows so I downloaded myself a copy just in case.....

All I can say is yecch. The tie up line doesn't work, the dialogue makes no sense whatsoever and neither tie into each other. While the plots - I don't even understand if they're going for horror or fuckedupness for the sake of fuckedupness.
Cropped tourists? So this guy took a picture of strangers with his own camera? What? And they came for their picture? And this guy is in some emotional freak out because he hasn't deleted the picture? Huh? Am I missing something? I can't decide which one is the shittiest.

Alright, now that I've seen them... it's a cool concept that, with a lighter approach, could have been much more effective. But somebody upped the creepy way too much, and it comes off as uncomfortable. But it has people talking, no?
