Kim Kardashian so desperate for attention she sues Old Navy over lookalike in ads

When the Old Spice pop-bubble-gum band "Audio Threadz" appeared, fronted by the super cute Melissa Molinaro, it was a refreshing change from the dummies campaign. People said that Miss Molinaro looked like Kim Kardashian, but with actual all singing all dancing talent to boot. Ms Kardashian must have heard that, because she's now filed suit over the lookalike reportes AP at Yahoo

The reality show starlet and model on Wednesday sued the clothing store and its parent company, The Gap Inc., in a Los Angeles federal court alleging their ads violated her publicity rights with ads that feature a woman who looks like her.---
Kardashian "has invested substantial time, energy, finances and entrepreneurial effort in developing her considerable professional and commercial achievements and success, as well as in developing her popularity, fame, and prominence in the public eye," the lawsuit states.

If Kardashian wins this suit, ads like the T-Mobile Royal wedding can obviously never be done again, so lets all pray it, and Kim, get thrown out of court. Hard.
