A young boy narrates the story of a mysterious man who has come to town, and is so well liked by the merchants he doesn't have to pay for any of the finest goods, services, food and gas other mortals would have to buy. And then it is revealed, the mysterious man isn't so mysterious after all. He has Interac, which allows you to buy using your smart watch or mobile phone. He only seems mysterious. In reality, he's an early adaptor. Fun spot.
Hopefully in the sequel the young boy will be mesmerized by the guy's VR rig. "He wore something on his head...and saw things we couldn't see."
