Arto has hidden powers Not only can he somehow, some way, get a lower fair when traveling on Helsinki Region Transport's bus system, but-- he has the power to stop the bus.* This spot is so hilarious, it reminds me of those 1970's "true science fiction," specials or something. From the music to the casting, to the washed-out look. Even the cat is perfect. I love me some dry humor.
*The joke here is that in Finland (at least on country roads but it also applies to Helsinki) that's the only way the bus stops.
