EA Canada aggressively recruiting using super-secret nerd language.

Electronic Arts is attempting to steal away geeky employees from their smaller competitor Radical. Using a large billboard with the message "char msg[] = {78,111,119,32,72,105,114,105,110,103,0};"
(which translates to "now hiring"), the larger company openly admits it is attempting to siphon workers.

y'all are gonna hate me for this but I do remember a recruitment ad for a gaming company, made by Ground Zero LA in '99 or so, that spelled the headline 'help wanted' (or something like that) out in hexcode... ;)
