Hollywood broadcast design firm has hired Dale Everett as Creative Director. Dale brings over 20 years of experience launching and branding major television networks to the company. He had previously worked in a freelance capacity as a Creative Director and Supervising Producer with Troika.
Said Dan Pappalardo, Executive Creative Director and Partner, Troika, "Dale has been involved with Troika as a friend and freelancer since the company launched--so his being officially brought on board was the next logical step. He was my creative director when I was a designer at Pittard Sullivan, so you could say everything I learned about creative directing, I learned from Dale. His ability to embrace and articulate clients' needs is invaluable and comes from his vast industry experience both as a hired gun and client-side at companies like E! Entertainment. Dale will be a huge asset to our company."
Said Dale, "I have immense respect for everyone at Troika, and have known the partners for over a decade. It's an exciting time to be at Troika right now. In early fall, we'll be launching The CW, the first primetime television network to emerge in 10 years."
Dale's first project since coming on board with Troika was a visual effects-intensive promo he directed for HGTV that aired in April. The company is currently ramping up for the launch of The CW in September 2006.
