Speaking of music, Cracker has a video out in support of their new album which just dropped called "Berkeley To Bakersfield," which you can get on iTunes. It's a double album, by the way, with one side, Berkley, showing off their punk roots, and the Bakersfield side showing off their inland California country side. "Waited my Whole Life," is a soulful ear worm that's a great mix of country, blues and a killer falsetto fade out chorus. It harkens back to their Kerosene Hat -era time, but the video is as far removed from David Lowery getting his ass whooped by Sandra Bernhard as you can get. In fact it's decidedly low-key. It's a little love story and set in a roller rink and it features some local Southern eccentrics like a roller skatin' cowboy.
