Coke Canada's Vitaminwater : "You retard" - promotional caps bottles recalled

Coke Canada had to recall Vitaminwater reports the Ottowa Citizen, as the caps that paired randomly generated English and French words on the inside as a promotion have been found to have less than polite phrases on them.

Blake Loates took a photo of the cap message she received inside a Vitaminwater the other day, it read "You retard". Initially she thought it might be a prank done by someone at the bottling plant. The idea for the words in the caps is that people could collect many caps, and put together sentences with it. So instead of recycling those plastic caps, Coca cola corp encourage people to hoard them. Blake found the message particularly offensive as she has a sister who is developmentally delayed.

Didn't anyone screen the words before this campaign took off? It's not cards against humanity, people, it's supposed to be a fun promotion.
