The Clydesdales are back in this roaringly patriotic ad. Promoting Budweiser as being deeply connected to American culture and values. This might be an attempt to woo back customers after the Dylan Mulvany partnership with Bud Light crashed and burned, but this ad has already run into trouble.
Animal rights organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has criticized the brewing company for their inhumane treatment of horses, as the Clydesdales featured have clipped tails. Or as Peta calls it "amputated limbs".
